Penney Design provided feasibility, assemblage, and re-zoning support along with building design for this 16,000 square foot two-level mixed-use retail office project.

Working with Prince George’s County officials, PDG helped establish new setback guidelines that create consistent street frontage and minimize strip shopping center appearance.
