Lori Hall joined Penney Design Group in 2011. She is an accomplished architect with over two decades of experience and has been a key leader at the firm since her arrival. Her career is defined by a commitment to high-quality design, creative problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a diverse portfolio of impactful and thoughtfully executed projects.
Ms. Hall brings strong leadership to complex projects across multiple sectors including retail, commercial, automotive, self-storage, office, and residential. With expert insight and clear direction, she guides projects from inception to completion, consistently aligning outcomes with client objectives through precision and integrity. Her strategic direction, coupled with seamless coordination among consultants and project teams, consistently delivers successful outcomes.
Her notable work includes the new construction of the Lindsay Volvo and Lexus campus, The Whitley Condominium, Camp Springs Restaurant Row, Pinnacle at Waypoint, Stohlman Subaru Dulles, and the Crabtree Residence—all reflecting her dedication to design excellence and execution.
Ms. Hall received her Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University with both college and university honors. She is licensed as a registered architect. She is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).
Ms. Hall has been honored with several prestigious awards throughout her career. These achievements include the Association of Builders and Contractors Award for Mini of Baltimore County, the Great American Living Award for the Crabtree Residence, recognized as the Best Home over five million dollars, and the ABC Award of Excellence for Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis.
