Matt Bloye joined Penney Design Group in 2022 after being a partner at a local architecture firm. He has years of experience in planning, designing, detailing, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and executing projects. Mr. Bloye has experience in a vast range of project types including restaurants, automotive, office space planning, mixed-use, single and multi-family residential. Mr. Bloye prides himself on being thorough and very detail oriented. He was very closely involved in a multi-family renovation from design through construction that won the ABC Award of Excellence.
Mr. Bloye received his Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Ryerson University in Toronto, ON Canada.
