Russell Regulinski joined Penney Design Group in 2025. He has years of experience working in architecture on a diverse range of projects including residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and equestrian. Prior to joining the firm, his work experience has taken him from Washington DC, to Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Mr. Regulinski attended and received his B.S. of Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park with a double minor in sustainability and archeology. He continued on to receive his Masters in Architecture from the University of Oregon.
