A small, narrow urban lot presented the challenge of maximizing livable space while maintaining light and views.

Penney Design’s solution elevates the home above a tuck-under garage in the full basement, freeing the main floor entirely for living and entertainment while the long, narrow footprint creates strategic sight lines and light-filled rooms. The second floor houses three en-suite bedrooms, while the attic bonus room—with mature tree views—functions as home office, guest room, or adult retreat.
