This is a 10,800 square foot rebuild and expansion of the historic Atlantic Richfield Estate in Malvern, PA.
This project required a detailed review of “period correct” detailing to ensure authenticity and approval by the Newtown Conservancy Board. This project won numerous awards for design and craftsmanship. Worked performed while at Ponte Mellow Architects.
