Watergate East-Private Residence

A complete re-design and renovation of a 3400 sf penthouse unit at the Watergate East Residential building with “state of art” materials and systems.

The scope of services included architectural and interior design, lighting and A/V integration, HVAC and plumbing system upgrades as well custom millwork and furniture selection. Worked performed while at Ponte Mellor Architects.
