Ethan Ratliff joined Penney Design Group in 2023. He is a versatile designer who is a strong team player and critical thinker. Ethan possesses an incredible passion for architectural graphics, spatial experiences, and exploring technology and software to improve design quality and create the best experience for the clients he designs for.
Mr. Ratliff has experience focused on all phases of the design process for mixed-use, residential, commercial, and historic preservation buildings located in and around Maryland.
Mr. Ratliff holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a Minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park.
